Redwine Law, PLLC is a renewable energy law firm in Austin, Texas, focusing on general corporate and transactional legal issues involved in the development, implementation and commercialization of renewable energy and clean technologies, especially solar and wind energy. The firm provides general counsel, corporate and transactional legal services at competitive rates. All legal work is conducted by Cynthia Redwine or an attorney licensed to practice in the state of Texas under her supervision, and all legal work is conducted separate and apart from any non-legal consulting services provided to the client by CPP.
